As planned during our last General Assembly in Quebec, our Spanish colleagues confirm the organization of two important meetings in Madrid during the first week of November 2002 :

n -  The Constitutive General Assembly of the Mediterranean Network of Basin Organizations (MED-INBO) ;

15 : 30 - 16 : 00 Introduction to the current situation of Basin Organization in the Mediterranean.

16 : 00 - 17 : 30 Analyzis of the MED INBO Statutes

17 : 30 - 17 : 45 Coffee Break

17 : 45 - 18 : 15 Approval of the statutes and network organization (Presidency, secretariat)

18 : 15 - 18 : 45 Projects which could be integrated into the INBO / GWP associated program.

18 : 45 - 19 : 00 Invitation to the next meeting of the MED INBO network

19 : 00 Closing ceremony
